How do you decide what counts as 'below the quality bar'?+

Quality scores come from our 12-point rubric, applied automatically to every cornerstone before it ships. The threshold is 95/120. Anything below 95 triggers a credit.

What if I disagree with a quality score?+

Reach out. We'll show you the rubric breakdown for that delivery and walk through each dimension. We score conservatively — we'd rather over-credit than argue with you about whether your article was 96 or 94.

Does the guarantee apply to standard tiers AND premium tiers?+

Yes. Standard tier = automated rubric only. Premium tier = automated rubric PLUS founder review. The guarantee covers both.

What if I cancel before the credit applies?+

We refund unapplied credits to your last payment method on cancellation. The asset is yours; we don't keep it.

Why publish credits issued?+

Because vague guarantees are worth nothing. A real guarantee has a number behind it. The 'credits issued this month' counter on this page is the same data we look at internally.
